Welcome to develPix Design Studio. By accessing and purchasing from our website (https://develpix.com/), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Digital Products
All products sold are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Downloads are accessible immediately after successful payment.
- Licensing
Each product includes one of the following licenses:
- Personal Use License: For individual and non-commercial use only.
- Commercial Use License: For business, client work, and monetized usage.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital files in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Account & Access
You may purchase using guest checkout or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in INR. GST (18%) is not included in the displayed price but will be added at checkout and reflected in your invoice.
- Product Updates
We offer periodic updates to certain products (monthly/quarterly/annually depending on the item). Update access is subject to product type and license.
- Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, templates, and digital assets are the intellectual property of develPix Design Studio. Unauthorised use is a violation of copyright law.
- Anti-Piracy
We monitor downloads and suspicious activity. Any violations may result in access revocation and legal action. If you encounter pirated versions of our products, please report them to connect@develpix.com.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the site after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
- Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
